We partner exclusively with certified halal suppliers and ensure that all slaughtering, handling, and packaging strictly adhere to Islamic guidelines. Our facilities undergo regular inspections to maintain peak hygienic conditions and total compliance, giving you complete peace of mind with every order.

To guarantee peak freshness, we customize our packaging based on your location. For local deliveries we ship Fresh, non-frozen, packed in insulated bags with frozen gel packs.
All UPS shipments will be flash frozen due to the use of dry ice in the boxes. Some items may arrive partially frozen.


For NYC and the 5 boroughs there is no fee on orders above $99. For Eastern Nassau County and Southern Westchester county, delivery is free above $125. Orders traveling to further zones require heavier specialized packaging, dry ice, and incur higher transit costs to ensure everything arrives safely. To offset these variables, we use a tiered shipping structure across four zones in the United States. :Zone 1 (east coast): $24.99 (Free above $175). Zone 2: $39.99. Zone 3: $49.99 . Zone 4 (West Coast): $99.99.

For local deliveries, orders received by 1:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) will be delivered the same day. Orders for Zones 1–2 are shipped the next business day (Mon-Thurs). To avoid weekend transit delays via UPS, Zone 3-4 orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
