How is the meat packaged to ensure it arrives fresh?
To guarantee peak freshness, we customize our packaging based on your location. For Zone 1, we use high-quality insulated Mylar bags paired with gel ice packs. For delivery zones further away (Zones 2–4), we add dry ice to flash-freeze the products during transit, ensuring they arrive safely and perfectly chilled.
Is there a delivery fee?
It depends on your order total and your location. Because we ship perishable items, orders traveling to further zones require heavier specialized packaging, significantly more dry ice, and incur higher transit costs to ensure everything arrives safely. To offset these variables, we use a tiered shipping structure across four zones in the United States. :Zone 1: $19.99 (Free for orders $150+). Zone 2: $29.99 (Free for orders $225+). Zone 3: $39.99 (Free for orders $325+). Zone 4: $59.99 (Free for orders $450+)
When do you deliver ?
For local deliveries, orders received by 1:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) will be delivered the same day. Orders for Zones 1–3 are shipped the next business day. To avoid weekend transit delays via UPS, Zone 4 orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays.
How far do you deliver ?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
