Prime Halal Meat Shipping & Delivery Policy

Because we specialize exclusively in fresh, perishable, and custom-cut halal meat, our shipping and delivery protocols are designed to maintain a strict cold chain and guarantee maximum freshness.

1. Delivery Zones & Fulfillment Schedule

We currently provide localized delivery and store pickup. To ensure your items arrive perfectly fresh, we follow a strict dispatch schedule based on your location:

  • Zones 1 & 2: Orders are shipped the next business day.

  • Zones 3 & 4: Orders are only dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent packages from being held in transit over the weekend.

  • In-Store Pickup: Available at our Brooklyn location (100 Van Brunt Street).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Schedule

  • Rates: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your zone, distance, and order size.

  • Schedules: Orders are packed in specialized temperature-controlled insulation. You will receive a notification via email or text with tracking details and an estimated delivery window once your order leaves our facility.

3. Crucial: Perishable Goods Attendance Policy

Because our products are highly perishable, someone must be available to receive the delivery during your scheduled window. * Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to accept the delivery, our drivers or carriers will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or returned to prevent spoilage.

  • Liability: Prime Halal Meat is not responsible for orders that spoil due to a missed delivery window, an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout, or if a package is left unattended at your request.

4. Order Cancellations and Changes

Due to the custom-cut nature of our fresh meats, once an order has been processed or cut by our team, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing checkout.
