Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety, hygiene, and public health regulations, Prime Halal Meat cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered. All sales are final.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon receipt (whether via store pickup or local delivery).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you believe there is an error with your order, or if an item arrived damaged or defective, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery or pickup:
