We ship nationwide across the continental United States from our Brooklyn headquarters. Delivery times are divided into the following zones:
Local Zone (NYC & 5 Boroughs): Same-day or next-day local delivery options. Mon-Sat, orders placed before 1 P.M will be shipped same day, orders after 1 P.M will be shipped next day.
Zone 1 (Northeast US): 1–2 business days transit time.
Zone 2 (Midwest & Mid-Atlantic): 2–3 business days transit time.
Zone 3 (The South & Central Plains): 3–4 business days transit time.
Zone 4 (Mountain West & west coast): 3-4 business days transit time. Must be shipped via air mail to ensure the product reaches you in a timely manner. Zone 4 orders are only shipped Monday and Tuesday to avoid the possibility of the packages being stuck in the UPS warehouse over the weekend.
For zones 2-4 we add dry ice to the package to flash-freeze the products during transit, ensuring they arrive safely and perfectly chilled.
Please note: We do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
