How to Cook
Grill — Medium-high heat, 5–6 minutes per side. Rest 3 minutes before serving.
Oven — 425°F on a wire rack, 20–26 minutes. Broil the last 3 minutes for char.
Air Fryer — 390°F for 15–18 minutes, flip at 8 minutes.
